This years snooker pennant will commence on the 6/2/2012 with play on the following nights
A Grade - Mondays
B Grade - Tuesdays
C Grade - Wednesdays
D Grade - Thursdays
We will endeavor to get the draws out by this Friday at 8pm but as every effort is being made to increase the number of teams, draws may not be finalised until the weekend.
At the BDPSC meeting held on the 25/1/2012 the following numbers of teams were nominated in each grade
A Grade - 5
B Grade - 10
C Grade - 7
D Grade - 2
As a result D grade will be conducted as an individual competition.
The B Grade ELO cutoff was raised to 1699 with one additional player allowed between 1700 and 1724 per night
Finals: will be returning to the old format of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
New Clubs into the pennant this year include
Redcliffe - after reopening at a new venue. Have nominated teams in both B and C grades
Tattersalls - returning to the pennant after a number of years absence. Have nominated for C grade. (Details of the required dress code at Tattersalls will be made available to all teams in C Grade).
